Already registered with WebAccess? 

If not already registered, we are very pleased to let you know about our secure web-based access portal for information about your relationship with us. This valuable service available from our practice is called WebAccess  (formerly entitled  "iSIS)  We give you web-based access to our practice 24 hours a day, seven days a week.  There is no charge to you for this service. Access to your information is customized and secure and cannot be shared; no other patients have access to your information. 

To get started with  WebAccess:

• Click on the icon above or at the bottom of this page, "Click Here for Patient Information".
• Don't enter anything yet. Carefully locate and click on  New User Registration  underlined in red letters.
• Enter your e-mail address

(Note:   It is very important that you enter your correct e-mail address, as your secure password will be sent to this address.  This ensures the security of your account and validates your e-mail address for future communications from our office.)

• Enter the access password you received from this office in a letter. This access password should be used for this first-time access only.
• A unique user password will be sent to the e-mail address you have provided...and you can change that password to one more meaningful to you

Service at your fingertips!

Through WebAccess you can view the following information regarding your relationships with our office:

• Date, time and procedure for the next appointment
• See any reminders about the appointment
• See the name of your dentist as we have it listed
• Read any of our Correspondence History
• Receive reminders by email of an upcoming appointment
• Learn contract specifics, account balance, amount due and payment history
• Make an online payment to your account using a debit or credit card (no service fees added)

You may easily change your WebAccess e-mail address and/or password at any time; just click Change E-Mail and Password.

When you make a payment on-line--quickly and securely--with WebAccess, the payment is reconciled with our data each night, so that all on-line payments made prior to 7pm are posted by the start of the next business day.  Those payments posted after 7pm are viewable in 36 hours.
