The former name iSIS stood for "Internet Service and Information System".  While it is named aptly, the vendor that provides this feature to our practice says the name change to WebAccess was a marketing decision.  Specifically, there was little meaning associated with the name iSIS compared to what was being offered! 

If you are new to WebAccess, please avail yourself of the service our practice provides at no charge to you.  Locate in the "Established Patients" column on the left side of this web page the topic "Secure Area" in order to learn more about what you've been missing.

From time to time, I am able to overhear half of the conversation that occurs during phone calls to the office.  It never ceases to surprise me how many of the calls didn't have to wait to be made until Linda or JoDonna was available to answer their question.  The most frequent question I hear answered must go something like, "When is my/my child's next appointment?"  Or, "Did the insurance check that was sent to you get credited to our account?" 

As diverse as those questions are, you can have peace of mind sooner with WebAccess, which is why we are pleased to offer this service!
